A Retreat Leader, Women’s Empowerment Coach, Trauma Therapist, Mom, Wife, daughter of Afro-Peruvian Immigrants, and founder of Her Soul Supply. With over a decade's worth of experience, I've created a tool-kit of personal growth strategies, coaching, and community-building experiences that expose women to the feeling of freedom that sparks new self-love and challenges them to harness self-respect - opening up a wealth of opportunities they've always wanted and truly deserve.
I believe in the transformative power of sisterhood, life-long learning, and exploration as a way to elevate and empower ourselves.
